Moisture is the silent killer of RV interiors, especially in storage.
How do you prevent mold in an RV?
Prevent RV mold by controlling moisture: keep roof and window seals tight, use a dehumidifier or moisture absorbers in storage, crack roof vents, never store wet cushions or bedding, and clean any spots early before they spread into fabric.
If you already have mold
Surface mildew can be cleaned. Heavy mold is a health concern and priced as a condition after inspection ($50–$500+), approved with you before work starts.
