The first week decides how well your coating performs for years.
How long does ceramic coating take to cure?
Most ceramic coatings are dry to the touch within hours and fully cure in about 7 days. Avoid rain and water for the first 24 hours if possible, and don't wash the car with soap or use any car wash for the first week.
- First 24 hrs: keep it dry
- First 7 days: no soap washes, no car washes
- Remove droppings gently with water only
- After 7 days: normal pH-neutral washing
